In the heart of Colombia, three mountain ranges trace their paths like lifelines. It is here, between misty valleys and dazzling peaks, that Colombian coffee is born. On the mountainside, between 1,400 and 2,200 meters above sea level, coffee trees cling to the earth, bathed in sunlight by day, caressed by the coolness of the nights. Notes and process

This 100% Arabica coffee is a blend from various farms in Colombia's Three Cordilleras region, grown between 1,400 and 2,200 meters above sea level. It offers a balanced and rich flavor profile, blending notes of brown sugar, dark chocolate, nuts, and citrus. Its Specialty Coffee Association score of 84.25 is a testament to its quality. Its blends range from classic fully washed from Cauca, to anaerobic natural from Tolima, to a washed Pink Bourbon from Huila.

Methods

Roasted to reveal its full espresso potential, this coffee is best enjoyed with a percolator, automatic machine, Italian coffee maker, French press, or Aeropress. Each method highlights a different facet of its character, ranging from intensity to fullness.
